The return or exchange period is only for 48hrs after delivery. After that we do not accept any returns/exchanges.

We understand our customers’ needs and concerns, and appropriately, we offer the option to return damaged products during transit. We also accept partial returns if the number of placed products is not presented in the received order. Look at the partial refunds section to understand the entire process.

Write a detailed email to us by providing details like the order ID, invoice, and request for a product exchange, return, or refund order. Don’t forget to take an unboxing video and pictures that clearly show the defect in the product.

We may take 2–3 business days to pick up the product from you. Refund initiation will start after we receive the product and pass the quality check by our staff. It may take seven days for transit. The product must be in its original packaging, with labels, barcodes attached, and seals.

There are certain conditions under which your return request for the order is not accepted. 

Conditions:

  • Damage to the product due to misuse or overuse.
  • Not in original packaging condition, like not having price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories or being missing.
  • The product is altered or used.
  • The product was bought in a clearance sale
  • The serial number is tampered with.
  • Free product offered by the brand
  • After getting a quality check by our team, there will be no change in the decision; it’s considered final.

Partial Refunds

We accept partial refunds only under the following conditions:

  • If any of the products are damaged in transit or shipment.
  • Mail or send us an unboxing video as proof.
  • Your request won’t be accepted if you ordered the wrong product by mistake. In such cases, you need to inform us within 24 hours of the product being ordered. You can do so by mail or by directly calling us at our number. Once the order is shipped, the product can’t be exchanged.
  • You must return all the other entities included with that particular item, which may include complimentary gifts or additional items.

General Conditions:

The item will be returned to you if it is disqualified from the quality check.

If you cancel the prepaid order as soon as it is placed, then we have to handle a processing fee of 2% and an additional 2% for the refund. We maintain our discretion to charge you an additional fee of 4% for such immediate cancellations. 

 Replacement and Exchange

We always go through several stages of verification before the product is packed. In some circumstances, when the product goes out of stock, our team assures you that we will send a notification in advance. Whereas for the case, when an item is missing in the package, we first follow a step-by-step procedure to verify the same by checking the inventory and box weight, and if we find it’s missing, we ensure to ship the missing item to you as soon as possible. In another case, which is confirming that we have sent the item in a package, we hold the right not to send it.

For replacement, it’s a matter of stock availability. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

For product exchange, you can reach us at support@enaidabeauty.com. Within the exchange period, specify the complete details, such as the invoice and exchanging product details. 

Return charges may be applicable, depending on the matter. We will send you a label that you must print and paste on the box and keep ready for pickup. Returns may take about 24–48 working hours to initiate the process. If return pick-up is not available at your destination pin code, the customer has to send the package at his or her own expense.

Once the product you sent is verified and checked, the exchanged item will be shipped within two business days.

A product can be exchanged for only one product if it is damaged during transit; more than that, it will not be exchanged. The products that fall into the non-returnable category cannot be exchanged like Vitamin C serums of any brand.

We request that you package the exchange product carefully and securely without any loss of items during transit. 

 Refund Processing

Refund, replacement, and return processing will occur as soon as our team receives and confirms the product.

For online or prepayments made through the online process, the refund will be deposited in the same account, such as UPI, net banking, credit, or debit cards, within four working days.

However, to get credited to your account, it will take three to five working days.

If you have used discount vouchers, they are considered one-time use and will not be considered once they have been redeemed, even for canceling orders.
