We only accept cancellation requests from our customers when the order is not shipped. Beyond that, we reject the cancellation request.

After the order is placed, we take at least 1 to 2 days to start processing and shipping the product. To make a cancellation request before shipping the order, you can reach us at our support team.

Once we accept the cancellation request, the refund is initiated from our end and will be credited to you within 3-5 business days.

We expect our customers to have patience for 7–10 business days to receive your order based on your PIN. You can expect a delay from our delivery partners; we are not responsible for that.
